James E. Innes II, CEO

With CarrierClass, Jim embarks on his fourth business venture in developing critical infrastructure. Jim has played an active role in expanding the Northeast's telecommunications infrastructure. Since 1985, Jim has managed the turnkey operations of high capacity microwave backhaul projects. He’s an acknowledged expert in antenna site management as well, having worked extensively with both rooftop site and nationwide tower inventories.


Doug Cox, Financial Analyst

Doug provides financial management advice to corporations by and through DLC Services, LLC, and serves as a Special Advisor at the Wharton School. He received both his BS and his MBA from the Wharton School. Doug’s career spans positions including Chief Financial Officer of a multi-national professional services research company, Chief Financial Officer of a global chemical manufacturing company, and Treasurer of a multi-national conglomerate, each of which were publicly traded companies.


Charles G. Orberg, Consultant

Chuck is one of the most respected infrastructure real estate professionals in the business. He has successfully negotiated over 150 wireless site licenses for a major power utility, and performed site acquisition work directly for carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Clearwire. Prior to this, he ran a highly successful commercial real estate appraisal firm. He also has extensive experience in transmission facilities right of way acquisition, most recently including successful completion of all transmission line right of way work for an 80 MW wind farm project in Pennsylvania.
